🛡️ 3-Year Limited Warranty (FREE)
For greater peace of mind, you can upgrade to our 3-Year Extended Limited Warranty for FREE. This plan extends protection on your original product for three full years from the delivery date, applying strictly to the original purchaser (non-transferable).
What’s Covered
Defects in materials, workmanship, or internal mechanisms that arise during normal residential use over three years, provided installation followed our guidelines.
- Parts: Brackets, safety buckles, operating cords/chains, motorized parts, and other replaceable components. Within 3 years: Free replacement.
- Fabric & Slats: Fabric tears, defects, detachment, warped or broken slats. Within 3 years: Free remake or replacement.
- Internal Mechanism: Failure to raise/lower or loss of tension. Within 3 years: Free remake.
🚫 What is NOT Covered (All Plans)
Natural material variations or slight wood warping due to environment.
Improper installation, incorrect operation, or improper cleaning/maintenance.
Normal wear and tear, color fading, or aging caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight.
Damage caused by accidents, misuse, alterations, children, pets, or insects.

Should your product be confirmed defective under warranty, ULAECY will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the product at no charge to you.
If a replacement is required for a discontinued product, we will provide a substitute that closely matches the original specifications. For multi-shade orders, only the defective item will be addressed.

For the ultimate peace of mind, our Lifetime Limited Warranty provides comprehensive coverage for the entire lifetime of your product. This premium warranty is extended strictly to the original purchaser and is non-transferable, starting from the delivery date shown in shipping records.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers any defects in materials, workmanship, and internal mechanisms under normal residential use for life time, so long as the product is installed in accordance with our installation instructions.
- Parts: Lifetime coverage for replaceable parts including, but not limited to, brackets, safety buckles, operational cords/chains, and motorization components.
- Fabric and Slats: Lifetime coverage for fabric tears, defects, fabric detachment from slats, or warped/broken slats.
- Internal Mechanism: Lifetime coverage for product operational failure (not raising/lowering) or loss of tension.
