Thank you for choosing ULAECY. Because each of our window shades is 100% custom-made to your exact measurements, our fulfillment process consists of two stages: Production and Shipping.
1. Timeline & Delivery
- Custom Shades:
- Production/Processing Time: 2 – 5 business days (Crafting, tailoring, and rigorous quality inspection).
- Shipping Time: 5 – 10 business days.
- Total Estimated Delivery:7 – 15 business days from the date your order is confirmed.
- Hardware & Free Swatches:
- Shipping Time: 3 - 7 business days.

2. Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Shipping: On all orders over $99 (after discounts).
- Flat Rate Shipping: A shipping fee of $20 applies to Custom Orders & Hardware under $99.
- Swatch Only: A shipping fee of $4.99 applies to Free Swatches.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your custom shades are packaged and shipped, a confirmation email containing a tracking number (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) will be sent to you automatically. You can track your package directly on our Track Order page.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For customers in the United States and major shipping destinations, all taxes and duties are included in your final checkout price. In the rare event that your local customs office requests additional fees, please contact us at support@ulaecyhome.com before paying.
5. Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the box before opening it and contact us within 48 hours. We will expedite a remake of your product immediately.
